Coco Stanback is the founder of Heart 4 Kids Coaching and holds a
Master's degree in psychology. She is a certified ADHD Coach and a Certified Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) Provider with LITB.
Coco helps families reduce conflict, improve communication, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.

Dr. Diane Lew is a special education advocate and founder of SEAS Orange County. Since 1999, Dr. Diane Lew has supported students with disabilities as a general education teacher, special education teacher, district-level special education program coordinator, and school principal. Her extensive experience includes preK–12 curriculum, as
Dr. Diane Lew is a special education advocate and founder of SEAS Orange County. Since 1999, Dr. Diane Lew has supported students with disabilities as a general education teacher, special education teacher, district-level special education program coordinator, and school principal. Her extensive experience includes preK–12 curriculum, assessment and data analysis, classroom management, positive behavior supports, IEPs, 504 Plans, behavior support plans, special education law, and conflict resolution. Dr. Lew holds a Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, a Level II Education Specialist Credential with Autism Authorization, and an Administrative Services Credential. She also earned a master's degree in educational administration and a doctorate in educational leadership.

Julie Cole is a special education advocate and founder of Mama Bear Advocacy, Inc., where she empowers families to navigate the IEP process with confidence and clarity. A former classroom teacher and assistant principal, Julie combines professional expertise with personal experience as the mother of teenage triplets, two of whom have had

This unique perspective allows her to understand both family needs and school systems. She holds a master's degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and is dedicated to equipping parents with the knowledge and confidence to become effective advocates for their children.

Drawing on years of experience as an Education Specialist, she helps families confidently navigate the special education process. Sarah holds a Master's Degree in Special Education and has facilitated countless IEP meetings, giving her a deep understanding of both school systems and student needs. She also supports Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) assessors by guiding the assessment process and developing recommendations for supplementary aids and services based on data analysis and extensive knowledge of school-based resources.
