Lisa is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, an author and program developer of "Taming the Inner Judge" and "Calming Your Inner Critic to Stay Regulated". She helps individuals transform destructive reactions into calm, grounded responses, fostering healthier, more connected relationships
With a compassionate and insightful approach, Lisa draws on a diverse professional background and a deep devotion to self-development, emotional intelligence, and understanding the inner voices that shape our behavior.
She has taken the Collaborative Problem Solving ® parenting course (a few times), the CPS Essential Training and the Advanced Concepts training.
Living most of her life with undiagnosed ADHD—now officially diagnosed and managed with medication—Lisa has personally navigated the complexities of neurodiversity within her own family. Together with her husband and three adult children, she has experienced both the struggles and the triumphs from the inside out.
A lifelong learner in self-development, Lisa believes that true calm comes from within—when we have the courage to soften our protective layers and reconnect with our caring, authentic selves.
