HBCC is excited to partner with Dr. Diane Lew, an advocate who is also Certified in Collaborative Problem Solving ® (CPS). Her mission is to ensure that every child is receiving the programming, support, and services in the school setting that they require through a CPS lens.
CPS gives students the behavioral social/emotional model supports they need to feel safe and connected in their access to learning.
Academic success is not one-size-fits-all. When a student is emotionally regulated their potential is maximized, which translates to better academic successes.
This looks different for every student. Bringing Parents & Educators Together as Allies through a CPS lens takes knowing the fidelity of the CPS model, as well as advocacy solutions.
SEAS & HBCC's ability to work collaboratively with your family ensures that behaviors are better understood from the latest neuroscience perspectives which supports your child toward durable solutions that work for everyone.
